Accent your pasta dish with our wide assortment of wheat-based pastas imported from Naples, Salerno, Florence, Milano and other regions of Italy. You can taste the rich, earthy flavors and experience the traditional textures and shapes of the pasta. It's the closest thing to fresh, homemade pasta from the trattorias of Italy.
Our all-natural rice is imported from the regions of Lombardy, Veneto and Emilia. Rices are great for risotto, soup, stuffing, pilaf and salads.
We carry authentic San Marzano Tomatoes from the region of Campania. San Marzano Tomatoes are known for being naturally sweeter and full of flavor.
We carry a variety of sauces including garlic, Fra Diavolo, Puttanesca, tomato basil, vodka and marinara.
Olive Oils | Balsamics | Condiments
All oils are Extra Virgin Olive Oils (EVOO) imported from the regions of Puglia, Sicily and Tuscany. All our olive oils are available either filtered or unfiltered.
Balsamics are imported from the region of Modena. We carry traditional balsamics, white balsamics and infused balsamics. Some of our infused balsamics include fig, chocolate, blueberry, blood orange, strawberry and more.
Condiments include mostardas, jams, honeys, mustards, garnishing sauces, pestos, bruschettas and more.
Cheeses | Meats
We carry a wide assortment of cheeses imported from a variety of regions throughout Italy. Some of our cheeses include Mozzarella, Gorgonzola, Parmigiano Reggiano, Pecorino Romano, Caciocavallo, Brigante with Truffle and more.
From the province of Parma we carry a 24 month aged Prosciutto di Parma. Fennel Salami, which is a popular salami from Tuscany infused with fennel seed. We also carry Soppressata, Guanciale, Mortadella and more.
Breads
Fresh baked breads are delivered daily by Hudson Bread Company. Hudson Bread has a long standing relationship with upscale restaurants and hotels in New York City. Hudson Bread is bursting with flavor.
Our breads vary weekly, but typically consist of Tuscan Square, Olive Loaf, Raisin Walnut, 9 Grain, Challah, Seeded Rye, French Boule, Pumpernickel and Italian Long Seeded. Breads are delivered every Thursday.
