Our pasta sauces are freshly made from San Marzano tomatoes. When Mt. Vesuvius erupted, the lava surrounded the little town of San Marzano and fertilized the soil in extraordinary ways. Tomatoes grown in the area are larger, naturally sweeter and full of flavor. Our pasta sauce options include garlic, Fra Diavolo, Puttanesca, tomato basil, vodka and marinara.
